Kanye West - All Falls Down
The reason I think this music video is a good example of a music video is because it shows the deeper meaning of the actual song. Lyrically, "All Falls Down" examines the self-consciousness and insecurity within society, particularly the black community, and how these characteristics pertain to materialism.
The music video has a good setting; the airport, as it shows Kanye West following his girlfriend to her flight.
It is shot in Kanye West's POV (point of view), this is an interesting way to shoot the music video, and it worked well.
Even though, the song talks about materialism, the music video also shows conventions of the Hip Hop genre (gold chains, designer bags, video vixen /girl, flash clothes etc)
